Japan's summer icon "goldfish" or "kingyo (金魚)" in Japanese, turns into cute, bite-size manjyus (steamed cakes with red bean paste)♡

These manjyus are from Shiose Souhonke (塩瀬総本家), a Japanese confectionery shop known for their signature manjyu. The outer dough is made from yam potato, making it moist, light, and fluffy. The red bean paste inside is not too sweet and has a refined taste.

Although it's summer, I would love to enjoy these with a warm cup of green tea🍵

Seasonal Manjyu・Summer (9 pieces): 1,404 yen
