"Kaiseki (懐石料理)" is a traditional Japanese course meal. It has evolved into its present form from dishes prepared by tea ceremony hosts to welcome their guests. Representative Japanese dishes such as tempura, unaju, sushi, sashimi (raw fish slices) are presented beautifully, letting you feel the aesthetics of Kyoto cuisine.

🥢Unagi Sushi: 4,180 yen
Unagi (eel) prepared in Minokichi's recipe taste elegant and has just the right amount of fat removed by simmering over time. Sansho (Japanese pepper) adds an accent to the sushi. The simmered eel and vinegared rice match well too! Take-out is also available.

🥢Unaju: 5,500 yen
Unaju is eel rice bowl filled inside a box called "jubako (重箱)." Fluffy, tender grilled eel is seasoned with sweet savory sauce. Warm rice soaked with grill sauce is also delicious!
