Here are chestnut sweets that look and taste like chestnuts! Cute, bite-size baked sweets are neatly lined up inside a chestnut-shaped, chestnut pattern box! And the product name "Koguri" means "small chestnuts" in Japanese.

The outer layer is a moist dough called "Momoyama", which is usually made from white bean paste, sugar, and egg yolk. Roasted "Mijinko" (grinded rice powder) are sprinkled to express the bottom part of chestnuts. The inside is filled with sweet chestnut paste and chopped chestnuts.

Enjoy the crumbly, melting texture♬
