It's January! Meaning it's STRABERRY SEASON in Japan! "Strawberry Collection" is currently held at Keio Department Store from JAN 7 (FRI) to JAN 20 (THU). It's said that strawberries that grow and harvested during the cold winter months of December and January have more time to store sugar inside, making them sweeter and more likely to have a richer flavor. Let's take a look at some of the strawberry desserts that will be appearing at our Strawberry Collection♡
