Kakukyu's Hatcho Miso is uses good quality soybeans and salt. Steamed soybeans are made into miso balls, which are made into bean malt mixed with water and salt, and naturally brewed for two summers and two winters. The color is dark and deep because it is prepared and matured for a long time, so it looks like it tastes strong, but the saltiness is low. It is a food that is easy to digest and assimilate, as it contains a lot of plant unsaturated fatty acids and soy protein that breaks down well into amino acids. In addition it does not use any food additives and is not heat treated, so it can be said to be a natural food. In recent years, orders from European countries have increased, and the reputation of miso is increasing worldwide. Also, Hatcho Miso, which uses organic soybeans, is being well received amid the trend of natural foods.
