In Fukui Prefecture, 6 new species of dinosaurs are excavated and the name of Fukui is given to each of them such as Fukuiraptor, Fukuisaurus, Fukuititan, etc. In addition, Fukui Prefectural Dinosaur Museum is counted as one of three greatest dinosaur museums in the world, and in 2019, before the coronavirus pandemic, more than 920000 visitors came and enjoyed the site, which shows that it is very popular dinosaur country in Japan. The Prefectural Dinosaur Museum was forced to close temporarily again this summer vacation. Under such circumstances, we did not want children who are unable to go out freely because of the Corona disaster to forget about dinosaurs in Fukui Prefecture, and we wondered if we could create a fun and positive opportunity for children to experience dinosaurs at home.
