Using the world-renowned Nishio Matcha green tea, the sponge dough with the aroma of tea is sandwiched between rich matcha truffle chocolate, a confection that allows you to fully enjoy matcha. The signature "Chin Chin Yaki" takes its name from the interesting Aichi-Mikawa dialect, so we are raising awareness about the city along with the sweets. This is a sweet that won the Minister of Health, Labour, and Welfare Prize at a famous sweets exhibition in Ise City in 2017.

Every Sunday the veteran sweets craftsmen give "Making Sweets Experience" and "Kids to Seniors Seasonal Sweets Making" master classes on making seasonal sweets. Kids and seniors can enjoy crafting seasonal sweets there (reservation only).
