SPACE ONE Co., LTD. had planned to launch the first KAIROS rocket on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at 11:01:01 a.m., but changed the launch date to 11:17:12 a.m. on the same day. However, the launch was postponed due to the presence of a ship in the "maritime alert zone" established for security reasons.

SPACE ONE Co., LTD. then announced that the launch date would be rescheduled for Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at 11:01:12 a.m. The first KAIROS rocket was launched from SPACE PORT Kii, but the flight termination measures was implemeted right after the liftoff.
