The 37th JAPAN Billfish Tournament in Kushimoto

One of Japan's premier billfish tournaments, where cruisers from across the prefecture and beyond gather to compete for the best marlin catches. This year as well the show begins. The spectacular sight of this massive gathering of cruisers is a must-see!

In addition, the marlin caught will be weighed at the tournament headquarters, and you are welcome to watch the process.

A huge hit with the kids! We’re also holding the 「Mini Rare Fish Fishing Tournament」—a fishing competition unique to Kushimoto, where the variety of fish is abundant and the winner is whoever catches the rarest fish.
