A sweet with yolk paste that is covered with smooth bean paste and steamed, it has the flavor of wasambon sugar from Tokushima. The name of the sweet comes from a love letter that a lady writes and crumps to drop off on the feet, which is called otoshibumi (drop letter). It is a sweet that evokes a lady's slight love.

In our shop, the founder told the sweet makers to make their original sweet for each generation. Otoshibumi was created by the third generation sweet maker. The sweet maker paid attention to eggs which were loved by everyone, and developed a yorishigure sweet that melts in the mouth.
