I know there are numerous sushi restaurants around the world and that they are all unique and delicious in their own ways, but have you ever tried Japanese authentic sushi before??

Nigirizushi: 200 yen per plate
Enjoy various fish from Toyama Prefecture and Hokuriku (northwestern Japan) including cherry salmon, glass shrimp, kelp cured swordfish, red snow crab, and nodoguro (black throat sea perch).

"KYUBEY": 10,000 yen per serving
Enjoy the exquisite taste of sushi made with traditional sushi rice using no sugar, and carefully prepared fishes.

Sushi assortment includes: fatty tuna (belly), fatty tuna (back), lean tuna, white fish, amberjack, squid, gizzard shad, boiled shrimp, salmon roe, sea urchin, scallop, boiled clam, conger eel (sauce flavor), conger eel (salt flavor), egg, tuna roll/cucumber roll, total of 15 nigirizushi and 1 rolled sushi (16 different sushi)
*Fish used for nigirizushi may change depending on the availability of the ingredients.
