　This is a donut shortcake with a new texture, produced by preserving seasonal strawberries in syrup and sandwiching them between "juicy" cream and a freshly made donut. As you cut it with a knife and fork, due to its softness, and then include it in your mouth, the fresh sweetness of the strawberries and the gentle sweetness of the wasanbon (a Japanese sweetened sugar) will fill the entire mouth.
