Hideo Yoshimura Co., Ltd. was founded in 1916.
“Nihonjyou” is a brand created by the founder Hideo Yoshimura while strolling around the Wakayama Castle.
At that time, Japan began to turn its attention to the world, wishing to deliver the message “Japan has a famous sake called Nihonjyou” to the world. Taking over our founder's philosophy of making sake without any compromises from time of founding.
We are committed to maintain quality and produce only 50,000 bottles per year.
We have received high acclaim, such as winning the 10th gold medal at the "National Sake Appraisal" and winning the 6th medal in Japan at the "Japan National Sake Contest".
At present, we will continue our efforts to fulfill our founder's ambition and dream, also we are exporting to the United States, Germany, Mexico, etc. in response to many requests from overseas.
Touzi(sake brewer) precious value is to “create the sake that people never gets tired of drinking”.
The specialty of the taste is that it has a delicious taste that leads to sweetness, with a crisp, spicy taste and a touch of sourness that is sure to give an aftertaste.
We sincerely hope that you can taste it once.
