Our Miso simmered udon noodles has kept its taste from generation to generation since our establishment on 1925 (Taisho year 14).
It is loved by both locals and customers who come to Nagoya for sightseeing.
YAMAMOTOYA SOUHONKE's Miso Simmered Udon noodle is a chewy and hard udon made with 100% domestic flour,
it features a rich miso soup stock that is a unique blend of Kakukyu Hatcho miso from Okazaki in Aichi Prefecture, local special white miso, and carefully selected soup stock.
At our Kinshachi Yokocho store, we exclusively offer the "Kinshachi simmered udon noodle", which resembles shrimp tempura similar to the golden whale statues ("Kinshachi") at Nagoya Castle. Please give it a try.
