A-FACTORY

In the downtown of Aomori City, Aomori Prefecture, there is a marche-type shopping complex where you can enjoy local food and a brewery of cider made from apples from Aomori. The complex facility is located by the east gate of Aomori Station, the waterfront area where Nebuta Museum WA RASSE and Hakkoudamaru, the memorial liaison ship of Seikan are located.
A-FACTORY is a facility with triangular roofs located just in front of Mustu Bay of Aomori. This is a factory-themed complex where Aomori food is created and enjoyed every day.
The Food Marche(market) offers food with ingredients from all over Aomori from special vegetables and fruits from local farmers to other local food such as rice and processed food as well as crafts and folk crafts, allowing visitors to discover the charm of Aomori that can be found only here.
At the center of the complex, there is a glass-walled cider brewery where visitors enjoy seeing brewing process. If you are lucky, you get to see the whole process from the selection of Aomori apples to brewing.
The brewery has 8 tanks and each of them is used to make apple cider and other ciders.

They have a variety of shops and restaurants, including a gelato specialty shop using Aomori ingredients, a coffee shop that makes coffee from beans, and a diner restaurant produced by a bar that specializes in aged meats with a thorough knowledge of meats.
On the second floor, they have Galetteria Da Sasino, a restaurant that serves galette, a regional dish of northern France that goes perfectly with cider.
