Guide for Nagoya by NAGOYA GIRL--challenging a walk and eat at 「Ohsu Shopping Street」!

At Nagoya, one of the the three biggest city after Tokyo・Osaka, there are many attractive tourism spots.

I, “tsuki”, am going to introduce 「favorite spots」 around Nagoya.

As a first time, this is a walking report at Ohsu Shopping Street that is at the traditional area of Nagoya and where you can find restaurants and second-hand cloths shops which keep the history, as well as new and big useful shops.

At this area, there are about 1,200 shops and facilities, the looks of each shops and buildings are original, which makes you enjoy while walking. The sum of 4 large streets are called「Ohsu Shopping Street」, and is a popular spot.

This time we're going to challenge the top of the charm at this shopping street, 「walk and eat」.

First, 「Calon Factory」, shop of cute macarons.

I bought Calon Stick, very popular for walk and eat.
4 Ddungcarons in one, bear on the top, on the second, perhaps a frog? So cute that I hesitate to eat.

In fact, the combination of taste changes regularly, some tastes you don't know are on the line-up.
It is nice to find a favorite taste.

After walking a little, I heard foreign visitors' talk that sounds fun.
It was a voice for ordering at 「Kurin」, mont-blanc soft serve shop.

The mont-blanc soft serve by 「Kurin」 is very popular, it is a rich-tasted soft serve coated with paste of 「maron」「sweet potato」 or 「matcha」.

I took my favorite one, mont-blanc soft serve with marron.
We can eat in the shop, but because, our theme is 「walk and eat」, I ordered for take out. They squeeze the mont-blanc for each order, which keeps the best freshness!

During the time from ordering to finish eating, two people, four people, two people and three groups of foreign visitors ordered, and looked enjoying.

Next, the 3rd spot.
I can still keep eating!

Heading to a shop with many reviews and reputations.
「Shin Suzume Main Shop」, famous for mitarashi-dango.

A man bakes dango, seasons it to give to you.
It looks simple, but moderately elastic and very delicious with mitarashi or kinako tastes, which no doubt makes you addicted.
Of course, I took mitarashi and kinako!

Also, it is a funny shop with a image of the man as character.

Because I was getting a little full, I walked Ohsu Shopping Street.
There are not only shops with full of originality, but also paths with a little good atmosphere, where perhaps you can find many funny people, which doesn't make us bored while staying all day.

After walking so much, I got hungry LOL
There are still many take-out gourmets, but I felt like to eat properly.
That's why I gonna take fried chickens!

There are many shops for fried chickens, but among them I chose 「Lee's Taiwan Kitchen」.
It is famous and has many shops in Ohsu Shopping Street.

We can choose the spices and toppings, there are also menu in English, Chinese, Vietnamese, which proves how this shop has reputations from many people.

I chose normal version.
