Our special Guest Card is available exclusively to international customers, so take this opportunity while you shop in Japan to get a bit more out of your Isetan experience.

You can receive your Guest Card the same day if you spend more than ¥300,000 (before sales tax) in a single day in store. To receive your Guest Card, simply bring your passport to the Tax Free Counter in store. It's that easy!

Alternatively, customers who have received an Exchange Coupon are also eligible to apply for the Guest Card. This coupon is given to those who purchase more than ¥100,000 (before sales tax) in a single day, and can be exchanged for a Guest Card on your next visit to Japan.

For those customers who already hold an Isetan Mitsukoshi card at any of our retail locations outside Japan, you are already eligible to apply for a Guest Card on your arrival!
