The only ingredients for Hatcho miso are soybeans and salt. It is additive-free. Six tons of miso are prepared in a 2-meter wooden tub, and craftsmen pile up 3 tons of heavy stones, naturally brewing it for over 2 years. It has a deep flavor that is packed with the flavor of soybeans.
