You can experience the nature, history, and culture (unique plants, folk tales related to the roots of the Kochi Festival, etc.) that were nurtured in the uninhabited island environment.

You can learn about the history and culture of Kuroshima, which has been designated as a national scenic spot as a ``scenic spot in the southern mandala,'' the unique natural environment that remains on an uninhabited island, and the problem of marine debris through cleanup activities.

【Tour information】
●Minimum number of participants
Minimum 2 people (maximum 5 people)

3rd grade of elementary school and above
※Elementary school students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

8,000 yen
※The fee will be paid in cash to the guide at the meeting place on the day. Please bring the exact amount of money.
※Ferry fee and damage insurance fee included


●Cancellation policy
The previous day: 50%
On the day: 100%

※Cancellation fees will be charged at the rates listed above depending on the day we receive your cancellation notice.

What to bring on the day
・Clothes that are easy to move in and don't mind getting dirty or wet
(At least up to the knees, but depending on wave conditions, the entire lower body may be submerged in seawater)
※It is best not to show your skin to prevent injuries and insects.

・Shoes that can get wet.
For example, water shoes, sawa tabi, sawa shoes, or knee-high boots. If you don't have any of these, use your well-worn sports shoes
※Avoid wearing shoes with hard soles, such as light mountain climbing shoes, and sandals that do not have a fixed heel.

・Drinks/lunch※
※If your desired tour time crosses over noon, please prepare a lunch box.

・Work gloves
Helmet if available (for disaster prevention, etc.)
Headlamp if available
Cameras, smartphones, etc.
※Be sure to take measures not to drop them, such as straps and cases.

・Anti-travel sickness tablets (if needed)
※You will board a small fishing boat for a maximum of 20 minutes round trip.

Schedule for the day
・Until the day before

The meeting and disbanding times will vary depending on the tide level and wave conditions on the day of the tour. If you have a desired time slot, please fill out the reservation form.
We will contact you by the day before the event to your email address or phone number to inform you of whether or not the event will be held.


・On the day: Meet at Koza, Kushimoto-cho, in front of Fujita Ferry (Google Maps)
Please meet in front of Fujita Ferry, Koza, Kushimoto-cho, (86 Koza, Kushimoto-cho, Higashimuro-gun, Wakayama).
We will register you on the spot, introduce the guide staff, explain the tour, and check the restroom before departure.
※There are no restrooms on the island. Please make sure to use them beforehand.


Beginning of the tour
Board the ferry in front of Fujita Ferry and head to Kuroshima.


Landing and exploration on Kuroshima (maximum 2 and a half hours)
After landing on Kuroshima, follow the guide's guidance and explore and tour various parts of the uninhabited island, including the inside of the sea cave and the shrine on the island's hill.
※Visit locations may change depending on the weather, wave conditions, and guide's judgment. You can enjoy the dynamic scenery and mysterious formations formed by erosion by waves. Advanced participants may be able to do some serious cave exploration?


Departing from Kuroshima
Board the ferry again and leave Kuroshima. If sea conditions are good, you may be able to cruise around the island you explored?


Arrival at Koza Port
We return to the front of Fujita Ferry and disbanded.
