【Fukuoka Mitsukoshi】Guest card　 Savings on shopping with 5% off - For foreign customers visiting Japan

From September 15 (Sun), 2019, we will issue a “Guest Card” that allows foreign visitors to purchase at a 5% discount.

A "Guest Card" can be issued at the duty-free counter on the 4th floor of Fukuoka Mitsukoshi. *A passport is required for issuing.

【Applicable methods of payment】

Cash / Credit card owned by the buyer / UnionPay card owned by the buyer / Alipay / WeChat Pay　*Cards not owned by the buyer cannot be used

*The name in the guest cards, credit card, UnionPay card and passport must all match.

(Tax exemption is possible if you can verify your identity. If your information does not match then tax exemption will be denied)

【Target persons】 Foreign visitors to Japan

Foreign passport holders with temporary visitor status, with less than 6 month of stay after entering the country.

*Customers with a Japanese passport are not eligible for this issuance.

【Expiration date】

Guest cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. (This differs from the "period of use" shown above on this page.)

【Uneligible products】

・Products with a unit price less than 3,000 JPY

・On-sale products

・Food and beverage charges for food, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.

・Service fees such as postage, processing fee, repair fee, etc.

・Photo studios, beauty salons, barber shops, etc.

・All types of gift vouchers, gold, silver, bullion, game consoles

・Some brands are excluded　*Please ask the staff for details.

List of ineligible brands: specified products from Rolex, Hermès, BVLGARI, Cartier, Tiffany & Co, Leica, Patek Philippe, Van Cleef & Arpels,

Special products by default at each store such as FOXY etc.

*Please note that there may be more items added to the list of ineligible products.
