We will issue a 「Shopping Coupon」 that allows foreign visitors to purchase at a 5% discount.

Prior registration is required via the 「MITSUKOSHI ISETAN JAPAN App」 or 「Wechat: Mitsukoshi Isetan Collective Department Store」.

A 「Shopping Coupon」 can be issued at the duty-free counter on the 2nd floor of Fukuoka Mitsukoshi.

※ A passport is required for issuing.

【Applicable methods of payment】

Cash / Credit card owned by the buyer / UnionPay card owned by the buyer / Alipay / WeChat Pay　

※Cards in other people's names cannot be used.

※The name on the shopping coupon, credit card, UnionPay card and passport must all match.

(Tax exemption is applicable if you can verify your identity. If your information does not match then tax exemption will be denied)

【Target persons】 Foreign visitors to Japan

Foreign passport holders with temporary visitor status, with less than 6 month of stay after entering the country.

※Customers with a Japanese passport are not eligible for this issuance.

【Expiration date】

Guest cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. (This differs from the 「period of use」 shown above on this page.)

【Products not eligible for special offers】

・Products with a unit price less than 3,000 JPY

・On-sale products

・Food and beverage charges for food, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.

・Service fees such as postage, processing fee, repair fee, etc.

・Photo studios, beauty salons, barber shops, beauty parlors, etc.

・All types of gift vouchers, gold, silver, bullion, game consoles

・Some brands are excluded　※Please ask the staff for details.

List of brands not eligible for the discount: Rolex, Hermès, BVLGARI, Cartier, Tiffany & Co, Leica, Patek Philippe,Van Cleef & Arpels, etc.
