『Tsuruya Department Store』 is located in the center of Kumamoto City and is the only department store in Kumamoto Prefecture. Nearby are 「Kumamoto Castle,」 one of the three most famous castles in Japan, and the shopping and restaurant districts of 「Kamitori, Shimotori, and Sanroad Shin-shigai,」 one of the largest in western Japan, offering a variety of sights.
