Instant noodles were born in Japan, particularly, in a small cabin of the town where the museum is located. The museum conveys the message that anyone can invent something anywhere if they have an idea and will not give up. We would like to introduce these stories as a new food culture, its history as a space food, and the importance of invention and discovery.
