It is thickly seasoned, which is preferred by Muslims. Originally, "Honolu Grande Kyoto" started out as a ramen restaurant, and are very particular about ramen. 　We use A5-rank halal-compliant Japanese beef sirloin full of flavor and grill the meat thoroughly. To enjoy the original flavor of the meat, we recommend simply eating it with salt and pepper.

・Recommended drink・・・「Halal Peach Juice」 (100% fruit juice) 400 yen

It is 100% fruit juice and very concentrated. It is a halal compliant beverage containing no alcohol or antioxidants. It is ideal for refreshing the palate after eating ramen or beef cutlet. Apple juice is also available.
