　 This popular dish features Bolognese sauce with meat and eggplant, topped with piping hot cheese fondue. The rich flavor comes from a blend of cheeses. The surface of the cheese fondue is decorated with a cocoa powder design that resembles the pattern on oil-blotting paper. Our fresh, homemade fettuccine pasta boasts a delightfully chewy texture.
