◾️Overview of Kidzania Tokyo

In this article, we will introduce the theme park "Kidzania Tokyo" located inside LaLaport Toyosu!

"Kidzania Tokyo" is a vocational and social experience facility for children aged 3 to 15. Sponsored by actual companies, they can experience a variety of authentic jobs and services.

The concept of Kidzania is "edutainment" which is a combination of "education" and "entertainment". One of the attractions of this program is that children can try their favorite jobs and learn the about structure of society while having fun.

◾️How the currency (kidzos) works

Kidzania has its own currency called "Kidzos", and when a job is completed, you receive Kidzos as your paycheck at the end. (The amount of kidzos you can receive varies depending on your job.)

You can also use Kidzos to spend on services and shopping within the facility, or deposit them in the bank, allowing you to have a real world experiences using Kidzos within the facility.

◾️There is a wealth of content that you can experience in English!

Kidzania also offers programs in English, so even those traveling to Japan from overseas can enjoy the facilities with their families!

Every Wednesday, there is a program called "English Wednesday!" in which about half of the activities are conducted in English, and this time we would like to introduce two of the programs that you can experience in English.

◾️A cook experience at the hamburger shop.

At this "Hamburger Shop" pavilion, where Mos Food Service is an official sponsor, you can actually experience making the hamburger while receiving the explanation in English.

Uniform and materials are same as those used in the actual store, so it is authentic.

You will be experience the process of cooking step by step and you can get a Kidzo, which is a original currency as a paycheck at the end of experience. Furthermore, you can eat the hamburger that you made as a sample.

◾️Shooting experience as a CM talent

Next, we will introduce the "CM studio" pavilion, of which ECC in an official sponsor.

We will shoot a commercial to introduce the charms of Japan in English and the staff will teach the dances and messages on the spot and then we will take on the challenge of actual filming. at first, the children participating were nervous as they were surrounded by cameras and audio equipment, but as the filming progressed, their expressions relaxed.

After the video is completed, you will receive the shooting data on DVD, so you can keep it as a memory.

The experiences that introduced this time is a few, but there are about 60 of pavilions in Kidzania Tokyo, so you can experience various works and services.
