A Time Slip to” Showa” Period with KOREKORE ALIENS

Daiba Icchome Shotengai (Daiba 1st District Shopping Street) is a mini-theme park. It was created with the 30^th decade of the Showa Era in mind, which represents a period from 1955-1964. Looking at the main street, vending machines and blind boxes machines, I could see how they are lined up in a row. Because of the realistic decorations, I felt that I was on a time slip to 30 years ago!!

There are a few shops almost overflowing with lollipops. Especially, this Dagashiya (traditional Japanese retro lollipop shop) is really cool! The store carries a large selection of old-fashioned lollipops.

I picked and chose lollipops and snacks randomly.

This is i-chome (1st District) playland. There are lots of old game machines that make me feel nostalgia. Actually these machines are not decorations, we can still play them!!
