A Salute to the Heritage of the 20th World Watch Fair

Marking its 20th anniversary the World Watch Fair at Nihombashi Mitsukoshi is a celebrated highlight of the wrist watch and timepiece world, gathering some 50 brands to a truly vast exhibition space of over 1,500 square metres. Exploring a line-up of domestic and international talent that includes the very latest models unveiled at January's SIHH and this Spring's Baselworld in Switzerland, visitors will encounter a cavalcade of rarities, limited editions exclusive to Mitsukoshi and a whole host of unique and luxury models that the regulars have come to expect from this annual extravaganza.

Beyond models that take us to the cutting edge of contemporary craftsmanship both in internal complexity and external embellishment, this is also a chance for connoisseurs and newcomers alike to take a moment to enjoy the culture of watches through a series of events held throughout the fair. Commemorating this important 20th anniversary for Nihombashi Mitsukoshi you will find a special exhibition from luxury brand Patek Philippe of models that have been sold over the 20 years since the World Watch Fair first began in 1998.
