The hotel stands surrounded in an environment of greenery and water where you can spend quality time. From April 1, Lounge Bar Privé on the 6th floor will offer a new kind of hospitality to customers—an afternoon tea menu for a relaxing time of day. Perhaps a feature of the tea service is the tea stand, resembling a tree perch custom-made by Nousaku, a maker of traditional tableware from Takaoka in Toyama prefecture. The fresh seasonal dishes arrayed on the four layers of the stand are all special creations by the chefs at the adjacent French Restaurant CROWN. Each of the sweet and savory confections are designed lovingly in harmony with the nature that can be seen out the window, and almost looks too good to eat.
