The "Super Amaou Shortcake".

This is a superb shortcake that focuses on bringing out the best of the Hakata Amaou®.

The fresh cream is made with 48% cream from Omuta, Kyushu, blended with wasanbon sugar and brown sugar for a gentle flavor, and the strawberries themselves are marinated with French sunflower honey to create a sense of unity with the fresh cream.

In the "#Strawberry Gallery," where a variety of strawberry sweets are displayed in acrylic cases, we'll find lovely-looking "jewelry sweets" that shine like jewels.
