YAMAMOTOYA SOUHONKE's Miso Simmered Udon noodle is a chewy and hard udon made with 100% domestic flour,
it features a rich miso soup stock that is a unique blend of Kakukyu Hatcho miso from Okazaki in Aichi Prefecture, local special white miso, and carefully selected soup stock.
