★Mr. Mohri Suzuki, Hatsusola calligraphy performance
An annual event! A calligraphy performance by Mr. Mohri Suzuki, a calligrapher originally from Sumida City, takes place this year as well. Hoping that the year 2025 will be a wonderful year, he will write dynamic characters on a huge piece of hanshi paper.

★New year's calligraphy workshop
A workshop for new year's calligraphy by Mr. Mohri Suzuki is going to take place. In this participatory workshop, Mr. Suzuki will give instructions to participants so that they will be able to perform beautiful, neat calligraphy, expressing their hopes and wishes for the new year in a single kanji character.
