Anime series Kimetsu no Yaiba, also known as Demon Slayer, has been a massive success, and this is reflected in the ridiculous range of merchandise available in Japan. While the usual stuff like apparel and figures inspired by the popular characters is on offer, there’s also some more interesting items. There’s coloured hair wax to help you copy your fave Demon Slayer’s style, and even Kimetsu no Yaiba eyeglasses.

As a story set in the Taisho era, goods with a traditional Japanese twist are extra fitting, and the candy division of Bandai have announced a cool new way for fans to eat like a Demon Slayer.

The set includes picks called kashigiri, which are usually used to eat wagashi (traditional Japanese sweets). But rather than the usual plain wooden ones, these kashigiri are made of metal and inspired by the Nichirin Blades from the anime, which are specially made for the Demon Slayer Corps. It contains four ‘blades’, modelled on the ones wielded by Tanjiro, Rengoku, Shinobu and Kanao.

Not only that, the set also comes with two kashigiri rests to hold them while taking a break from slicing wagashi. One is inspired by Nezuko’s bamboo and the other is made in the image of Shinobu’s butterfly hair accessory. ...…
