The Chuo Ward Tourist Information Center is implementing the following initiatives.

There are no steps in the facility and the aisles are 120 cm wide, so wheelchair users can visit at ease.

All our staff practice sign language on a daily basis.

Although we have only just started using sign language, we are now able to express simple greetings such as "Hello", "Welcome" and "Thank you".
