Koufuku Ranman【Tobu's Setsubun】

"Tobu's Setsubun" for showcasing the traditional Japanese event Setsubun with deliciousness takes place from Jan. 16 (Thu.) to Feb. 2 (Sun.) 2025 in the food hall on the B2F and B1F of the Tobu Department Store Ikebukuro.

This year's theme is "Koufuku Ranman". It is a food event where you can feel happiness to your heart's content while tasting a delicious item.

Sweets with an exquisite texture, containing rich cream, sour strawberries and jelly-like warabimochi will be available as Setsubun sweets. In addition, a Japanese sweet produced using a kneaded bean paste with a motif of a charming ogre is sure to be Instagram worthy.

As ehomaki, we will prepare a sumptuous variety of items such as luxurious seafood rolls containing "crab, sea urchin and salmon roe" lavishly filled with seafood, and meat ehomaki wrapped with the deliciousness of Wagyu beef. Besides, you can taste classic-style ehomaki filled with traditional ingredients such as conger eel, shrimps, etc., and unique ehomaki in which shrimps and avocado are combined together.
