A food event will be held to learn, enjoy and taste Norwegian seafood.

Popular restaurants of various genres will offer limited-edition menus featuring Norwegian salmon and Norwegian mackerel.

Especially for the Norwegian mackerel menu, we plan to use “Saba Nouveau”, a high quality fresh Norwegian mackerel in season, which will be released on the same day, and air-shipped to Japan without ever being frozen.

In addition, Saba Nouveau's sushi, charcoal-grill, and Norwegian salmon BBQ will be distributed for free every day during the event.
