It’s hard to know what’s so good about Bar Hangover: the dedication to a steady stream of craft beers from around the world through its five taps or the stellar chicken wing that take a while to arrive but are the best in Tokyo, hands down. The staff are knowledgeable, bilingual and dedicated. Choose from U.S. or Imperial pint sizes, or one of the many bottles in the fridge, or opt for a tasting menu. Despite its reputation for wings, everything on the menu is sound, with the fish and chips especially worth trying. Located between Higashi-Nakano and Nakano-sakaue stations.
