The Dragon Route (Shoryudo) is a new travel route that runs from the southern to the northern part of Aichi, Gifu, Toyama, and Ishikawa prefectures in the Chubu region.
The shape of the Noto Peninsula is similar to a dragon’s head, and this area is named the dragon route “Shoryudo” because it looks like an ascending mythical dragon.
The Shoryudo route has a wide variety of attractions, including local traditions, history and culture, beautiful natural scenery in the four seasons, and blessed food products from the mountain and sea. There are also many department stores along the route.
This time, eight department stores along the Shoryudo route in the Chubu Region are holding the Shoryudo Fair, an event that gathers and introduces various local products from the Shoryudo area.
If you happen to be in the Shoryudo area at this time, please visit the department stores that are holding the Shoryudo Fair.
